I have played the Slammer and Squire course at the World Golf hall of Fame twice now. The friendly attitudes and high quality of service by the staff scores extra points. They really make you feel welcome. I have had some buddies tell me that they prefer the King and the Bear course over S&S, but I have to sternly disagree. The S&S is a nice layout with ample room to drive the ball. It is more of an approach shot golf course. Frankly most of us need to play less challenging layouts. Golf is for fun and this course hits the mark. You can still find a challenge if you play the back tees, though I would suggest the middle tees for family fun and pace of play. The condition of the World Golf Village courses are always top notch. Now tee it up and go have fun.
